1 (4 oz) Yogurt

Doo-dads:
taste of son's Cookie at a department store
some Mango
a few (3 or 4) Chocolate mini shredded wheat biscuits (YUM!)
2 Tortilla chips

Lunch:
250 g. leftover Cilantro salad
Total calories: 302

Dinner:
134 g. Brown and wild rice
185 g. Grilled curry chicken
a few Sauteed green beans (purely for the children's benefit...I could go forever without green beans)
Total calories: 383

Daily total: 1173
