Last week wasn't bad, but it wasn't particularly good, either. I was busy so I didn't blog. And I cannot remember anything particularly exceptional to report except that I did make some FABULOUS dark chocolate cupcakes with coconut seven-minute-frosting (for son's birthday) and I only partook of 1/2 of one.
