Breakfast:
3/4 C. Milk
1 serving Shredded wheat
Total calories: 265

Lunch:
1 McDonalds Southwest grilled chicken salad with 3/4 packet dressing
1 Grilled chicken snack wrap
Some of the boys fries
Total calories: 820

Snack:
1 bag Marshmallows
Total calories: 33

Dinner:
1 C. Lentil soup
2 1/2 Crescent rolls (yuck, by the way)
Tastes of MacnCheese as I prepped it for the boys
Total calories: 475

Daily total: 1593

As you can see, lunch killed me. I could have done perfectly well without the fries, and even the snack wrap and I would have saved 460 calories.
