Breakfast:
1 Yogurt
50 g. Granola with flax seed
a few Blueberries
Total calories: 358

Lunchish:
1 Cheesestick
1 Granola bar (fruit and nut, YUM!)
Total calories: 230

3:00 p.m. Blues:
1 slice Cookie pie with cream cheese frosting and M&M's
tastes of son's lunch
Total calories: 325

Dinner:
1/2 C. Whole-wheat couscous with pumpkin and red pepper
150 g. Lemon-garlic marinated grilled chicken breast
1/4 med Acorn squash with butter and brown sugar
Total calories: 422

Daily total: 1335

Last week wasn't bad, but it wasn't particularly good, either. I was busy so I didn't blog. And I cannot remember anything particularly exceptional to report except that I did make some FABULOUS dark chocolate cupcakes with coconut seven-minute-frosting (for son's birthday) and I only partook of 1/2 of one. So, there. That is progress.
