Manic Monday

Breakfast:
1/2 Yogurt
Raspberries
43 g. Granola
Total calories: 300

Snack:
1 Cheesestick
.5 oz Potato chips
Total calories: 155

Lunch:
1 Quesadilla
Rice and beans with green chili and sour cream
1 oz. Fritos (shared some with boys)
Total calories: 660

Dinner:
78 g. Marinated grilled steak
1/3 C. (generous) Couscous with carrots and herbs
1/3 helping of Sugar snap peas with shallots and almonds (Yum!, could eat this every night!)
Total calories: 418

Daily total: 1533

Buying that pallet of individual chip bags was a good idea because they are already portioned, but it was a bad idea because I eat them with lunch instead of grabbing a fruit or vegetable (and then I am lacking in nutrients and eating empty calories). Next time I need to stock up on carrot sticks and apples instead. Plus they are less expensive.
