1/2 C. Black bean and corn concoction (beans, corn, sour cream, cilantro, salsa, lime juice, salt, cumin)
5 g. Feta (trying to mimic cotija. It was a pretty good substitute, actually.)
107 g. Grilled chicken breast

Dinner:
3/4 C. White long-grain rice
156 g. Tuscan white beans with spinach, garlic and sauteed pork sirloin
