This is the thing: journaling what you eat is not effective unless you REPORT EVERY DAY.
So, embarrassing or annoying as it is, I will try again.
The past week has not been bad. I have stayed underneath 2000 but not under 1500. I ate smores at YW and some chocolate, but, in general, it has been ok.
This is the weekend. Weekends are hard. But I am trying to be more dedicated for at least a couple of months in eating lower calories before I start in on the "maintaining" part of my weight loss goals. (That is funny since I have been basically maintaining my weight for the last eight months!)
