1 Sausage McMuffin (no egg, blech)

Lunch:
1 Yogurt

Total calories: 350

Doing well:
1 oz. Almonds
Total calories: 170

Neighborhood kids running wild in my house:
Handfuls of chocolate chips
1 slice of Bread with mozzerella melted on top
Total calories: 325?

Dinner:
Soft corn tortilla bread
Beans
Rice with lemon
Cilantro
Drizzle of buttermilk
Total calories: 395

There we go again:
More corn bread
Honey
Calories: 400???

Daily total: 2150?

Moral: Like always, when I am low on veggies and fruits, I go over calories.
