Mindless munching:
Crackers and other gross things

Lunch:
Leftovers (Mashed potatoes, gravy, peas and carrots, grilled chicken)
Total calories: 450
More mindless munching:
1 granola bar
Total calories: 100
Dinner:
1 slice Papa Murphy's pepperoni pizza
2 slices Papa Murphy's gourmet garlic chicken pizza
1/2 rootbeer float bar
Total calories: 985*
Daily total: 1810
*The moral of the story today is that it is better for me to eat consistently throughout the day (good meals, ie breakfast), and avoid pointless munching on children's snacks. As a consequence, I can avoid getting to the dinner table famished.
Let's do a little better tomorrow, shall we?
