Today's Details

Currently (according to my favorite BMR calculator and using the Harris Benedict equation for moderate exercise 3-5 times a week) I need a whopping 2318 calories to maintain my weight. Booyah!

3500 calories "lost" equals one pound of weight "lost."
So, restricting calorie intake to between 1200-1500 Kcal, for now, I should be able to lose 2 lbs a week.
