Sunday

Fast Sunday - Love It!!!

Snack before dinner:
1 mini bowl of cereal
1/2 chicken sandwich
1 Peanut butter cup
Total calories: 400

Dinner:
1 C. Sticky rice
1/2 Grilled curried chicken breast
1 C. Roasted broccoli with garlic, lemon and parmesan
Total calories: 525

Dessert:
Gingerbread
Total calories: 700

Late night snack:
1 Cheesestick
1 Granola bar
Total calories: 220

Daily total: 1825

It was the gingerbread. That was the problem.
