Did well until dinner. We had company (four teenagers). I made loads and loads of garlicky, buttery, cheesy bread. I didn't do badly though, until out of nowhere, I had this total lack of control and hoarked down four flourless PB cookies (at 185 calories a cookie).

Well, there went the week! Hmmph!
