1200 calories by lunch time. Not a good start to the weekend.

We went to Costco and I had 1 1/2 churros. That is, I am guessing, like, 400 calories???

Then dinner was Chicken herb tortellini with broccoli and parmesan. I am guessing at least 600 calories because I made a cream sauce for it too.

That brings me to a Daily total of 2200.

October and November were spotty months as far as sticking to the diet is concerned. I am determined to, in December, meet my goals--including staying on calories for the entire month.
