Monday Heartburn

Breakfast:
1 serving Cracklin Oat Bran
1 cup Milk

Later:
3/4 of a leftover Chocolate Chip Cookie
1 Orange

Lunch:
Sandwich
1 Onion and Poppyseed Ciabatta Roll
1 slice Havarti
1 slice Smoked Turkey
1 slice Ham
1/2 Avocado

Dinner:
Beef Stew with Potatoes, Carrots and Onions
several slices of Artisan Bread with Butter

Extra:
about 3/4 of a Sugar Cookie from RS the day before

1 Fruit and Nut Trail Mix Granola Bar
1 mini Butterfinger

Lunch:
Leftover Spaghetti with Balsamic Reduction
1/2 Fluffernutter Thingie (Graham Cackers, Adams Chunky PB, Marshmallow Creme)

Sunday Bunkin Around:
some pieces of Jalepeno
Cookie Dough (Chocolate Chip and Toffee Chips)
tastes of Slaw as I made it
Chocolate Chip Cookie (that my son made)

Dinner:
1 fresh Yellow Corn Tortilla
Creamy Cilantro-Lime Slaw
1 filet Alaskan Haddock
1/6 Avocado
1 cup Cheesy Rice
2 Chocolate Chip Cookies

Fair Day (as in, we went to the Fair today)

Breakfast:

1/2 cup Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
58 g. French Vanilla Granola

Snack while packing lunches:
1 slice White Grandma Sycamore Bread
1/2 slice Smoked Turkey Breast
1/2 slice Havarti

Lunch:
Sandwich
1 Onion Poppyseed Ciabbata Roll
1 slice Smoked Turkey Breast
1 slice Black Forest Ham
1 slice Havarti
1/2 Avocado

1/2 Orange

2 Fluffernutter Thingies (Graham Crackers with Adams Chunky Peanut Butter and Marshmallow Creme)

Dinner:
Thin Spaghetti with Tomatoes and Basil (probably, like, 3-4 servings...)
1-2 tablespoonfuls of Balsamic Reduction
1/2 Lightly Crusted Parmesan Chicken Breast (chicken, parm, crumbs, herbs, butter)
Asiago Cheese
Grape Juice
