*Initially misread the nutritional information posted for this. Was intending to choose an ice cream for 140 calories, not 240 calories. But, oh well. Should have gone without the M&M's today. Then I would have been just fine.

Last week wasn't bad, but it wasn't particularly good, either. I was busy so I didn't blog. And I cannot remember anything particularly exceptional to report except that I did make some FABULOUS dark chocolate cupcakes with coconut seven-minute-frosting (for son's birthday) and I only partook of 1/2 of one. So, there. That is progress.

As you can see, lunch killed me. I could have done perfectly well without the fries, and even the snack wrap and I would have saved 460 calories.
