Oh my!

Food journaling is turning out to be quite effective in motivating me. I usually do fairly well throughout the week and then lose it on the weekends, but knowing that I have to account for each little nibble online (where whoever can read it) gives me momentum to avoid the extras. Plus, wow, it is fun to actually see some success. We'll see how it goes tomorrow and over the weekend.
