Leftovers for Lunch:
125 g. Grilled chicken
108 g. Rice
56 g. (1/2) Avocado
Total calories: 355

Experimenting:
trying to duplicate some expensive vanilla and walnut granola at home, and tasting as I go
Total calories: 170?

Hungry for Dinner After the Pool:
1 footlong Subway sandwich with chicken breast, cheese, veggies, and bbq sauce
Total calories: 640, but worth it

Daily total: 1723
