Renewing My Goal of Tracking this Infernal Diet, Starting TODAY

I am totally disgusted with myself today. 


Breakfast:
2 pieces of Whole wheat toast
butter
honey
1 C. Milk
Total calories: 520


The Rest of the Day:
1 package of Peanut M&M's
some Pringles
3 1/2 homemade Rice Krispie Treats
33 calories worth of Celery
a bite of Peanut granola bar
a bite or two of Zuchinni bread
several handfuls of Fish Crackers
several handfuls of Peanut Butter Captain Crunch
a Provolone Grilled Cheese Sandwich on Whole Wheat
a forkful of Balsamic Slaw
a large dollop of Refried Beans
3-4 triangles of Quesadilla
Total calories: >1300


Daily total: at least 1820...

Blech. I just need to stick with the parfait breakfast. It is the only thing that grounds me for the day. Oh, and the mid-morning M&M thing wasn't so good either.

Breakfast:
some random tastes of things like Waffles or cereal
1 Yogurt
2 small Nectarines (226 g.)
46 g. Granola

Munch munch:
tastes of food items as I prepped them
1 serving of Cottage Cheese and Strawberries
Total calories: 180

Lunch:
227g. Corn and Rice Salad with Sauteed Zucchini and Lemon Vinaigrette
Total calories: 380

Baking, baking:
3-4 slices of Zucchini Bread (really like a Zucchini pound cake)
lots of tastes of a Colcannon gratin
Total calories: 600?

Dinner:
a few more spoonfuls of the Colcannon gratin (now pureed)
1 1/2 Red Plums
generous serving of Honeydew
Total calories: 200?

Daily total: 1852?
