3 Ham and Cheese roll things
about 3/4 C. mixed Fruit (cantaloupe, strawberries, grapes, kiwi)

Quick "lunch" before church:
2 more Cinnamon Rolls

At church:
1 fun size Butterfinger candybar

Dinner:
1 1/3 C. Orange rice (long grain rice, carrots, butter, broth, garlic, etc)
1.5 oz. Teriyaki grilled chicken
and another Cinnamon Roll
