Thursday

Breakfast:
195 g. Peaches
4 oz. Yogurt (strawberry, whipped)
74 g. Granola (vanilla with almonds)
Total calories: 526

Lunch:
1 slice Domino's Hawaiian-style Pizza (leftovers)
3 bites Domino's Cheese Pizza
Total calories: 330

Pseudo-cookies:
3 Graham Crackers
Total calories: 195

Whoops:
10 Peanut M&M's
Total calories: 125

Wasted calories (kicking myself):
experimenting with Biscuit dough, Ham, Asiago, and Sharp Cheddar for an upcoming brunch engagement (probably ate, like, fourteen little hamlet thingies...)
Total calories: 634 (and yes, I did count the calories)

Dinner:
1 C. Rice (long-grain white) with Peas, Ham, Grilled Chicken, Asiago and Tarragon
Total calories: 350

Daily total: 2160

Still eating too much. But it is easy to see where the extra calories are coming from. Must. Do. Better.
