This Time It's For Real...No Really

Breakfast:
278 g. Strawberries
1 Whipped Yogurt
64 g. Granola

Early lunch:
2 C. Chicken Noodle Soup
Total calories: 200

Later lunch:
259 g. Leftovers (Farfalle with cabbage, tomatoes, fennel, sausage, parmesan and cream)
Total calories: 570

Dinner:
169 g. Red, white, and purple fingerling potatoes
1 1/2 servings of Meatloaf with gravy
166 g. Mixed veggies (peas, carrots, corn, green beans)
1/4 of a Graham cracker
a handful of Multi-grain mini crackers
Total calories: 541

This all sounds so yummy. My new goal for the year is to lose 76 lbs. I am currently 296 AUGH! I have walked two out of the last three days. :)
