Tuesday and I'm In the Zone!

Breakfast:
1 yogurt (whipped, strawberry)
55 g. Vanilla granola
Total calories: 370

Lunch:
1 C. Long grain white rice
141 g. Mixed veggies (carrots, peas, corn)
40 g. Creamy rosemary and sage sauce (leftover from last night)
Total calories: 335

Snack at 3 pm:
1 large Banana (150 grams)
35 g. Granola (homemade: peanut butter cookie crumbles, almonds, coconut, oats, strawberries)
Total calories: 315

Dinner:
287 g. Spaghetti with marinara sauce (no meat)
94 g. Cheesy bread
Total calories: 481

Daily total: 1501
